We all know that TRID will change the closing process.  But the final rule will also change the whole ***buying process***.  New regulations and timelines will require that realtors understand the final rule issued by the CFPB.  To assist with this, the CFPB issued a guidance tool for realtors to help them work with their buyers on understanding the new process.

This tool provides a great marketing opportunity for title agents to go out and teach realtors about TRID and the new closing process.
