We sent a note to our family of customers last week addressing the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We stressed how SoftPro remains prepared and dedicated to servicing all closing, title and escrow software needs while maintaining our number one priority of the health and safety of our customers and employees.
Last week, we made the difficult, but necessary decision to cancel our 2020 User Group Conference, which was scheduled to take place April 15-17, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas. Additionally, the majority of our team is working remotely during this time. We know that working from home is a new reality for many of you, as well. We wanted to offer some tips and best practices on remote work that could be helpful for you and your teams. Feel free to pass these suggestions along to your teams or any employees who are currently working remotely.
We recommend that you visit back here on our blog, as we plan to publish information on how your office can utilize digital solutions now, when in-person and office meetings are not possible.
SoftPro continues to monitor and listen to recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and government and health officials. We will update you as needed with any changes or new information as the situation evolves.
