SoftPro has announced a key integration with the property tax solution offered by Black Knight Inc. that enables SoftPro users to order data from Black Knight Property Tax directly through the SoftPro 360 business exchange portal without the need to rekey any data. 

Black Knight Property Tax provides nationwide property tax information collected directly from taxing agencies across the U.S., including state, county, and subagencies. With the new integration, SoftPro users will have the ability to access the data at their fingertips, and experience a more seamless, technology-driven workflow to help simplify and streamline the tax and title process. With automation in SoftPro Select, taxes are automatically ordered for clients once a title order is made, and tax certificates are automatically delivered directly to the file for underwriting.

Additionally, with direct access to Black Knight Property Tax, SoftPro customers receive reliable, fast, up-to-date information that is refreshed on a regular basis, allowing tax and title professionals to streamline workflows, mitigate risk, reduce claims, and increase productivity.

SoftPro 360 allows SoftPro users to order products and services from a nationwide network of vendors, such as Black Knight, directly through their SoftPro system. As a free tool to SoftPro customers, SoftPro 360 allows for the data to be shared between settlement agent and vendor, thus increasing accuracy and efficiency when ordering third-party services.
