SoftPro has released a new integration with the Deluxe Payment Exchange eCheck solution by Deluxe, a trusted payments and data company. This new integration is available in the SoftPro Select edition of the nation’s leading closing and title production software.
SoftPro Select users will be able to use Deluxe Payment Exchange to send eChecks or use Print+Mail services without leaving their SoftPro environment. The integration allows SoftPro Select customers to send escrow payments either as an eCheck or via Deluxe’s Print+Mail check service. The eCheck option eliminates the need for overnight paper check payments, meaning no paper checks and lower escheatment. The Print+Mail check service prints the disbursement on high-security stock, places it in an envelope, and mails it via USPS First Class mail on the customer’s behalf.

The Deluxe Payment Exchange eCheck is a check where a secure digital representation of the paper check is stored on a secure Deluxe server and sent to a payee via their email address. The payee receives an email notification of their payment containing a secure link where the payee can download and print the check from any printer. The printed check can be transacted just like any paper check. In addition to the eCheck and Print+Mail service, payees can choose other optional ways to deposit their payment(s) via ACH, Debit Card, or into their PayPal account. The integration with SoftPro Select means no rekeying of data for SoftPro Select users, reducing errors and increasing productivity.
