SoftPro has released a new integration with Doma Title Insurance, Inc. for title searches. SoftPro users who are agents of Doma can now order and receive title searches from Doma directly within their SoftPro software. The integration is currently available in Florida, Texas, Virginia, Minnesota, Tennessee, and Colorado. 

"The new title search integration with Doma further streamlines title production for SoftPro and Doma’s mutual customers,” stated Patrick Hempen, SoftPro’s chief customer officer. “We are pleased to introduce this new Doma offering to expedite title searches while minimizing the re-keying of data.”

The SoftPro 360 vendor portal acts as a seamless bridge between SoftPro users and a nationwide network of third-party vendors such as Doma. The integration between Doma’s title production software and SoftPro 360 allows data between Doma and SoftPro to be automatically synced, eliminating manual processes and exposure to human error.

SoftPro also offers an integration with Doma for ordering closing protection letters and policy jackets electronically. Updated in 2023, the Doma CPL and policy jacket integrations now allow users to update and void an existing CPL or policy jacket, and to automatically retrieve policy jacket numbers directly within the SoftPro 360 portal.
