The new integration is available to all SoftPro users through the SoftPro 360 business exchange platform, allowing them to order title abstracts from Punctual Abstract directly through their SoftPro environment.  Punctual Abstract offers a variety of property data reports including full abstracts, current owner, two owner, foreclosures, refinances, and mortgage and assignment searches. Through the integration, SoftPro users simply place an order for Punctual Abstract's services from within their SoftPro system, and once the orders are fulfilled, they are delivered electronically back into SoftPro. The streamlined process eliminates the need for emails and phone calls and automatically pulls information from the SoftPro file to eliminate repetitive data entry. "We are pleased to make the process of ordering abstract services through Punctual Abstract as convenient as possible for our customers," stated SoftPro Chief Customer Officer Patrick Hempen. "Ordering those services electronically improves our customers' efficiency and productivity, and our SoftPro 360 portal enables that to happen." "Punctual Abstract has the ability to search property reports and title evidence in all 50 states. This means we can deliver the reports that SoftPro users need, no matter where they are located," said Ted Woloszyk, CEO of Punctual Abstract. "Through this integration, SoftPro users can expect a quick turnaround to close deals fast without worries of rekeying or transcription errors. It makes the order and delivery process easy and seamless." Free to all SoftPro users, the SoftPro 360 business exchange platform links SoftPro customers to a nationwide network of vendors such as Punctual Abstract.
