This quarter, Trendsetters features Jerry & Debbie Core, owners of Inyo-Mono Title Company in the eastern Sierra region of California. Jerry and his father, James, purchased the business in 1983, which at the time was called Title Insurance and Trust Co. (T.I.). The operation has since grown from 5 employees to 25 employees across two office locations.

When you read the full Trendsetters report, you'll learn how Jerry and Debbie each got their start in the title industry, and how Inyo-Mono Title Company has grown into a family affair spanning three generations. Thanks to the company's rich history, Inyo-Mono Title has the area's only complete title plant with records on every parcel of land dating back to 1860. Jerry considers the business a working museum as well as a title company.
