SoftPro announced the release of a new integration for its business exchange platform, SoftPro 360, with PropLogix. SoftPro users are now able to order PropLogix services directly through their SoftPro software without rekeying of data.

The integration with PropLogix makes the due diligence associated with real estate transactions easier. SoftPro users now have the ability to seamlessly order municipal lien searches, HOA certificates/estoppels, and surveys, as well as track lien releases through the PropLogix Payoff Tracking Service. PropLogix provides due diligence nationally for unrecorded debt, open permits and land surveys as well. With a mission to make life easier and protect homebuyers, PropLogix covers all errors by having a dedicated client success manager to eliminate liability and reduce risk.
