Maryland's House Bill 347 amends Real Property code, plus new and revised forms in New Mexico and Oregon.

Maryland

  • Effective as of October 1, 2025, Maryland House Bill 347 amends Maryland code Real Property, § 3-104(e)(1)(I)(2) by adding the following language: "Include at least a 3-inch margin at the top of the first page and 1-inch margins on the left and right sides of each page of the instrument for official use."

New Mexico
