When PGP Title completed a merger fifteen years ago, its newly expanded teams found themselves grappling with a new, complex set of challenges. Although each office had its own established processes, operating across multiple systems proved challenging.

"We were on many different software platforms, and we wanted to consolidate to one so we were all working with the same system, the same information, and the same functionality," says Cassy.

"That's a major benefit," says Cassy. "Being able to submit and receive recording information back into the file without manually keying everything. So helpful and helps get policies issued faster."

For Cassy, the value comes from having information readily available within the SoftPro application, rather than requiring employees to log in to multiple websites and manually transfer information between systems.

"Everything within 360 and its integrations helps make the process much easier," she says.
