Gina sat down with us to share how SoftPro Select's commercial closing capabilities and SoftPro Banking have both been game-changers for the Investors Title commercial escrow team.  Gina Webster has been a SoftPro customer for over 30 years, so when she reflects on a time when she wasn't using SoftPro, she remembers preparing settlement statements on a typewriter and needing "lots of white out." Her experience has provided a front-row seat to 30 years of evolution within SoftPro. "I would say the advancements that we have today are mind-blowing in comparison to what we even had back then," Gina shares. "All the integrations and automations have definitely taken things to the next level for us." For Gina and the Investors Title Insurance Company team, SoftPro provides increased efficiencies and an improved workflow. Gina points out that having the ability to closely monitor order status and proactively manage the team's order pipeline is essential for a smooth and successful closing.
