[Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) Shonna Cardello, NTP, President of White Rose Settlement Services, Inc., recently sat down with us to share how SoftPro has helped her company grow and become a leader in their community.  For title and settlement companies, keeping pace with rapid technological change is one thing; leading through it is another. Shonna Cardello has always preferred the latter. “I like to lead the change with new technology and not wait to see what’s happening and then catch up,” she says. One of the biggest advantages has been the ability to configure the software around the way her team already works.
