We are thrilled to announce that SoftPro was named the winner of the Gold Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category in the 22nd Annual American Business Awards®. SoftPro also received two Silver Stevie Awards and one Bronze award in other categories.
The American Business Awards® are the U.S.A.'s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations — public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning "crowned," the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriot Marquis Hotel in New York on Tuesday, June 11. More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. More than 300 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year's Stevie Award winners.
SoftPro’s Gold Stevie Award nomination was centered on its proactive approach to customer support resulting in customer satisfaction ratings of 98.54%. During that same nomination period, SoftPro support reduced average callback time by an impressive 53%. With a focus on empowering its customers with resources such as free monthly training webinars that drew over 9000 registrants since January 2022, SoftPro saw a 33% increase in registrants.
More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration. In addition to winning the Gold Stevie Award for Company of the Year, SoftPro was also honored with 2 Silver Stevie Awards including Customer Service Team of the Year.
