I would say that the support team has been fabulous not only answering my support questions but teaching me how to take SoftPro to the next level myself. It’s really opened up my eyes to the possibilities that are out there - it’s limitless. And if I know that I can’t do it myself, I certainly try. And then support has been really great teaching me. As a result, my skills personally have improved as our system has improved.
