How does the SMS Texting feature work?

When the SMS Texting feature is enabled, a banner will display at the top of your website prompting your customers to enter a phone number to opt-in to receiving text message updates about their orders. ClosingsLIVE will then automatically generate and send a text message to the customer if you choose to notify them when:

• A document is added to the order
• A new task is permissioned
• A milestone is completed
• A new task is assigned
• A new message has been sent

ClosingsLIVE text messages are delivered straight to the customer's native messages app on their mobile device and include a link to easily view more details about the action. With SMS Texting, your customers can be notified immediately of important order updates, saving you time and streamlining your communications!
