SoftPro has released an expanded integration with Property Insight’s TitlePoint® platform, giving title professionals even greater access to automated title search solutions directly within their SoftPro software environment. 

Building on the existing integration, SoftPro users can continue to order title searches from TitlePoint® without leaving SoftPro and automatically receive completed title reports directly within their orders. The latest release enhances that experience with expanded search functionality, increased automation, and customizable workflows designed to streamline title production processes.

New features include a redesigned Starter Search integration page that provides more detailed search options and allows users to create default search settings, reducing repetitive data entry and minimizing manual tasks. The enhanced integration also introduces access to Property Insight's National Tax Product, TaxPoint, enabling users to efficiently query tax information as part of the title search process.

In addition, new automation capabilities allow users to automatically submit title search requests based on predefined order events and securely receive returned data and documents directly into the file. By eliminating manual review steps and reducing duplicate data entry, the integration helps title professionals improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
