SoftPro has released a newly enhanced integration with Stewart for generating approved Stewart closing protection letters and policy jackets. SoftPro users who are agents of Stewart can optimize their policy and CPL production through this new integration between the SoftPro 360 business exchange portal and Stewart Access.

SoftPro users can seamlessly generate, update, or void approved Stewart CPLs and policy jackets via the Stewart Access integration. The CPL capabilities include creating, updating, and voiding CPLs for lender, buyer, or seller in addition to the ability to search for and add an additional party for dual CPLs. Policy jacket features include options for simultaneous issue, loan, and owner's policies as well as the ability to send jacket and endorsement premiums and remittances directly from the SoftPro file.

The integration is made possible through SoftPro 360, a free tool for SoftPro customers to order title related products from a nationwide network of third-party vendors such as Stewart. SoftPro 360 enables the seamless sharing of data and documents between a user's SoftPro platform and Stewart Access, thus increasing productivity.
