SoftPro has announced the release of a new integration with Hopdox, enabling SoftPro users to electronically record documents directly from their SoftPro environment. 

The integration is powered by SoftPro 360, SoftPro’s free vendor portal that allows customers to order and submit services from third-party providers without leaving their SoftPro workspace. Through the new integration, users can seamlessly submit recording packages to Hopdox, reducing manual processes and improving workflow efficiency.

Once a transaction is ready for recording, users simply select Hopdox as their preferred eRecording provider within SoftPro 360. The recording package is securely transmitted to Hopdox, where the platform automatically identifies the appropriate recording jurisdiction and extracts the necessary indexing data. Users can review and edit the information as needed before submitting documents for recording.
