SoftPro released an enhanced integration with Agents National Title Insurance. SoftPro users who are agents of Agents National Title, aka "Agents' agents," can generate closing protection letters and policy jackets through the seamless integration allowed through SoftPro's business exchange portal, SoftPro 360.
With this new release, Agents' agents can request Agents National Title CPLs and policy jackets, including owner's, mortgage, short form, commitment, or simultaneous issue directly from their SoftPro environment. They can also view the contents of a CPL or jacket returned from Agents National Title as well as copy its contents to their clipboard, accept it, and attach it to an order. SoftPro 360 also enables Agents' agents to edit an existing CPL and submit the request to Agents National Title. They have the ability to void a jacket as well. All of this is accomplished without the rekeying of any data. Users of SoftPro's Select edition can also take advantage of its automation technology to automatically request CPL generation and acceptance via the newest integration with Agents National Title.
"The new integration with Agents National Title greatly facilitates title production for SoftPro customers who are their agents," stated Patrick Hempen, SoftPro chief customer officer. "The integration increases productivity for our mutual customers via the flow of data and documents through the SoftPro 360 portal."
"We are thrilled to partner with SoftPro on our new integration. The new process automates functions for our agents resulting in increased efficiency and improved workflows. Our agents will see an immediate positive impact on their business processes," added David Townsend, President and CEO of Agents National Title Insurance.
