SoftPro has released a new integration with Real Res for municipal lien searches and HOA estoppel letters. Real Res was founded as a merger between Property Debt Research and Clear Choice Tax & Lien. The SoftPro 360 business exchange portal enables SoftPro users to order and receive services from Real Res directly from their SoftPro environment. 

Free to all SoftPro users, SoftPro 360 seamlessly links the data from a SoftPro file in order to electronically order municipal lien searches and HOA estoppel letters from Real Res. The integration eliminates the need for time-consuming phone calls, emails, and faxes while improving the overall accuracy of order information with one-time data entry.
