SoftPro has added an integration with Skyline Lien Search (Skyline) to its SoftPro 360 business exchange platform. With this new functionality, SoftPro users can directly order municipal lien searches, HOA estoppels, and tax certificates from Skyline through their SoftPro platform.

Its lien search services include a free resolutions report detailing how to easily fix any outstanding issues for any residential property. Skyline Lien Search offers their clients a third-party protection plan with protection up to $3000. Their exclusive resolutions department helps Skyline customers resolve property issues quicker and easier than ever.
