The SoftPro Ideas Portal is a central hub allowing you to connect with the SoftPro team to submit product suggestions and stay informed about upcoming developments in our software.

In the SoftPro Ideas Portal, you can:

• Recommend ideas for SoftPro Select, Standard/Enterprise, and other related applications
• Explore suggestions from other SoftPro users
• Vote on ideas that would benefit your organization the most
• Add comments and feedback to ongoing discussions
• Track ideas from development through implementation

How to Get Started in the SoftPro Ideas Portal 

Getting started is easy! If you’re a SoftPro user, you can access the SoftPro Ideas Portal through mySoftPro. Simply log in with your existing SoftPro Okta credentials and navigate to the Ideas Portal page. New users can create an account directly from the login screen.

Before submitting a new idea, we encourage you to search the portal to see if a similar suggestion already exists. To simplify tracking, we cluster similar ideas together and verify their categories. If your idea can be resolved through setup or training, we create a support request on your behalf, and our Support team will contact you directly.

Collaboration is Key

Voting and commenting on ideas help signal what matters most to our customers. Ideas with more votes receive greater visibility and inform our Product Management team as they evaluate and prioritize potential enhancements. So, make sure to vote and comment on the ideas you want to see developed!
