SoftPro has released a new integration with Traditional Title Services for title abstracts. With the new integration, SoftPro users may order and receive title abstract services from Traditional Title Services directly via the SoftPro 360 business portal, eliminating the need for manual processes such as emails and phone calls.
Numerous property data reports are available from Traditional Title Services including full abstracts, current owner, two owner, refinances, and more. SoftPro users may simply place an order for any Traditional Title Services' offerings directly through their software, and once the orders are fulfilled, they are returned electronically. Data is automatically pulled from the user's SoftPro file, eliminating repetitive data entry and errors from data transcription.
