And so before, when we decided to go with SoftPro, we wanted to combine - we wanted to basically bring everybody under one universal product, and that's what SoftPro has provided for us.   #### **Why would you recommend SoftPro? ** It is an extremely user-friendly software, it's [integrated](http://www.softprocorp.com/real-estate-software-solutions/softpro-360-data-integration/)with almost every national underwriter that's out there, various different third party vendors. Which, we all have had to use and had to incorporate separate logins, users, passwords, and it's gotten to the point where it's all-in-one now. And so the customer service that we get from SoftPro is hands-down top notch.  #### **What goals has SoftPro helped you reach? ** The goals I would say SoftPro has helped us the most with is becoming more efficient, more universal. Our accounting isn't having to [reconcile](http://www.softprocorp.com/software-services/reconciliation-services/)through several different softwares, it's all under one. And with all of the integrations that have come about since we've initially joined SoftPro, just technology's been phenomenal. It's been a great experience with them.  #### **What do you enjoy most about using SoftPro? ** The part I like the most is all of our integrations. So being the company I'm with, we work with five different underwriters, we e-record documents, so just trying to consolidate and get everything into one system - [SoftPro 360](http://www.softprocorp.com/real-estate-software-solutions/softpro-360-data-integration/). You log in, you have your queue, it keeps everything nice and neat and an active order. We've utilized FedEx - we can log into our system and find the tracking. If a realtor calls and says, "Where's my commission check?", it's like boom-boom, it was delivered, signed by 'Joan Smith' on this date, and you don't have to go look for the files.  #### **What sets SoftPro apart? ** They take care of you, and that's the thing. When you need help in this industry, you need it and you need it quickly, and they get things done and they resolve it.
