SoftPro has released new enhancements to its Fidelity National Financial agentTRAX integration. In addition to creating policy jackets, agents of Fidelity National Financial's family of underwriters who use SoftPro can now take advantage of new Patriot Search capabilities as well as new automation of agentTRAX's Starter Search* feature. The latest release also includes enhancements to high liability approval (HLA) requests.
The SoftPro 360 business exchange portal allows SoftPro users to order and receive third-party services without leaving their SoftPro environment. The updated agentTRAX integration now allows Fidelity agents to perform a search of the Office of Foreign Assets Control database against selected buyers and sellers from a SoftPro file. The Patriot Search results are returned seamlessly via SoftPro 360 for review and acceptance of any located matches. New "Submit and Accept" automation allows the user to set up custom triggers to automatically perform a starter search of the file's property address. Functionality has also been added to automatically notify a requestor of approved HLAs.
