SoftPro has released new functionality to its Fidelity National Financial agentTRAX integration. Agents of Fidelity National Financial's family of underwriters who use SoftPro can now use the agentTRAX Starter Search* feature to search for starter records, saving time and money by reducing search and exam requirements and streamlining the overall process. The agentTRAX integration also allows SoftPro users to issue closing protection and good standing letters, request high liability approvals, issue Fidelity policy jackets, and upload policy copies without leaving their SoftPro environment.

The integration between Fidelity's agentTRAX and SoftPro eliminates the need to create separate remittance reports and minimizes having to work across multiple systems. Fidelity agents who use SoftPro also have access to Fidelity's database of over 70 million policies in agentTRAX at their fingertips. The ability to electronically order title and closing services from third parties such as agentTRAX is made possible via SoftPro's free business exchange portal, SoftPro 360.
