SoftPro announced the release of a major enhancement to its integration with Fidelity National Title Group’s agentTRAX software. Users of the nation’s leading provider of closing and title software who are agents of Fidelity National Title Group will benefit from new streamlined capabilities between agentTRAX and their SoftPro software.
Patrick Hempen, SoftPro Chief Customer Officer, said, "We are excited to release this enhanced integration for our customers who are agents of Fidelity National Title Group." Hempen added, "The efficiencies gained will not only contribute to savings in time and money for our customers, but to their ability to better serve their clients."
Through the new SoftPro – agentTRAX integration, users can create and issue closing protection letters and good standing letters, issue policy jackets, and report premiums due. The newest functionality includes the ability to request high liability approvals and mapping of endorsements. Through SoftPro Select’s automation suite, you can add processes to automate the upload of policy images and the generation of closing protection letters.
"This is a great benefit for our agents," notes Steve Day, President of National Agency Operations for the Fidelity National Title Group. "The additional features added will allow all SoftPro users to increase their efficiencies by utilizing these new enhancements to our Industry Leading agentTRAX system and can do so without leaving the SoftPro production environment."
The integration is available at no cost to all SoftPro customers through the SoftPro 360 business exchange portal. The link via SoftPro 360 eliminates the need to create separate remittance reports and minimizes having to work across multiple systems. Gross premiums are also automatically reported to Fidelity’s accounting department. The integration eliminates the re-keying of data between systems, improving efficiency and reducing the potential for errors. Learn more about SoftPro 360.
