TIRSA has issued an updated rate manual for New York State and the Texas Department of Insurance has adopted changes to the Basic Manual of Rules, Rates, and Forms.

New York 

• The Title Insurance Rate Service Association (TIRSA) has issued an updated rate manual for New York State that has become effective as of October 1st, 2024. The manual replaces and supersedes previous versions of the TIRSA rate manual. 

Texas

• On September 25th, 2024, the Texas Department of Insurance adopted changes to the Basic Manual of Rules, Rates, and Forms. Changes to the Basic Manual are effective November 1st, 2024, while changes to the Statistical Plan are effective January 1st, 2025.
