With our newly released FinCEN enhancement, SoftPro customers can utilize the SoftPro 360 vendor portal to securely submit electronic FinCEN Real Estate Reports directly to FinCEN.
SoftPro President Joyce Weiland stated, “We are pleased to offer our customers comprehensive solutions to meet the new FinCEN collection and reporting requirements. We are dedicated to leading our customers through the challenges that the new regulation has placed on settlement agents, and they can depend on us for full compliance through their SoftPro software,” added Weiland.
Users of SoftPro’s communication portal, ClosingsLIVE, can securely and electronically send the FinCEN Buyer and Seller collection forms and securely deliver the completed forms back to the settlement agent. While the Real Estate Report can be manually submitted, the newest SoftPro FinCEN enhancement allows SoftPro customers to e-File the Real Estate Report directly to FinCEN via SoftPro 360. FinCEN buyer and seller data is securely collected and reported electronically through SoftPro’s solutions, eliminating manual processes and reducing errors with one-time data entry.
