From April 10-12, 2019, SoftPro hosted our 20th Annual SoftPro User Group Conference (SPUG) at Walt Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. This year was one of our largest conferences yet, comprised of 380+ attendees and industry professionals, 37 different vendor exhibits, as well as representation from 34 states overall.
Attendees were able to choose one of three tracks specific to the edition of SoftPro they use: the Select Boot Camp, Standard & Enterprise track or Select Advanced track.
SPUG kicked off on Wednesday evening, with an opening banquet on the marina of Walt Disney's Yacht Club. Attendees, exhibitors and SoftPro staff were able to network with industry professionals. After the General Session on Thursday morning, SoftPro users attended a variety of classes, including:
- Avoiding 1099 Issues
- Setting Up Automation Processes
- Commercial Transactions
- Producing Title Commitment & Policies
- SoftPro/Customer-Led Roundtables
- And many more!
To celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the conference, attendees had fun competing in a scavenger hunt, answering trivia in the conference app and sharing photo booth pictures.
Additionally this year, we introduced a brand new component to the conference: The SoftPro Innovation Showcase! This gave attendees the chance to talk one-on-one with a professional from SoftPro on our variety services and products. The featured booths included Custom Integrations by SoftPro, SoftPro LIVE, SoftPro 360 integrations, SoftPro Consulting Services, and more!
The 2019 User Group Conference was one of our best yet and we can't thank our customers and partners enough for joining us at the event for the past 20 years!
