SoftPro was named a Gold Stevie Award Winner for Inbound Marketing Program of the Year in the 19th annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service. SoftPro was also recognized with two Silver Stevies for Sales Growth Achievement of the Year and National Sales Team of the Year, and a Bronze for the Sales Distinction of the Year – Computer Software category.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes nine of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®. Winners will be celebrated during a gala event attended by more than 400 professionals from around the world at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City on April 10.
More than 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 45 nations and territories, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of 176 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees. Entries were considered in more than 90 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, and more than 60 categories for sales and business development achievements.
SoftPro won the Gold Stevie Award for its nomination, Empowering Customers and Driving Success Through Inbound Marketing. The entry highlighted SoftPro’s marketing strategies to provide content to its customers that allow them to optimize efficiencies while growing their business.
