Finalists were announced on October 13, 2025.
The NC TECH Awards is North Carolina's only statewide technology awards program, recognizing companies and individuals who have demonstrated growth, innovation, and leadership in the tech sector. Award winners will be announced at the NC TECH Awards Gala on Tuesday, December 9th in Downtown Raleigh.
