Attachment Namer

Are you wasting valuable time manually naming and organizing every document?

Attachment Namer enables SoftPro users with admin permissions to set preferred attachment folder destinations for documents and establish document-naming conventions used when generating or attaching documents to orders. It does so through a simple interface that allows you to choose from a dropdown list of predefined folders and create valid document names.

The result? Less time spent searching and a more organized file structure across your system.

AttachPro

Have you ever had to wait for access to an order just to attach a document?

AttachPro enables you to search for orders in SoftPro and quickly queue files (such as external documents, emails, scans, and more) to attach to the order, all without waiting for the order to open, save, or close. Attachments can be added without requiring other coworkers to exit or blocking them from the order. Additionally, AttachPro can monitor network file shares and queue scans for attachments using cover sheets generated by the AttachPro tool.

With AttachPro, you’ll enjoy fewer workflow interruptions and better team collaboration. 

Auto Accounting Forms

Accounting workflows require expert precision, but manual processes leave room for costly delays and mistakes.

Auto Accounting Forms automatically generate and publish transaction forms and reports as activity occurs, including copies of checks. As ProTrust transactions are posted or adjusted, forms are instantly added to Order Attachments, ensuring up-to-date records without manual effort. Key reports, such as Disbursement Summaries and Single Ledger Balance reports, are generated and published based on changes in order status and transaction activity. 

With seamless integration into the Default Folder Tool, documents can be automatically organized into mapped attachment folders, creating accurate and efficient accounting workflows.

AutoDocGen

Currently, Only Available for SoftPro Select on-premises customers 

Manually generating Microsoft Word documents (even with templates) can be another productivity sinkhole for title and settlement teams.

AutoDocGen uses automation in SoftPro Select to automatically render and publish Microsoft Word documents without prompt variables, saving them to your order attachments. The documents are published and stored in the folder specified in the Default Folder product mapping.
