SoftPro Customer Testimonial — Tammy Ampomah

Making the switch to SoftPro Hosted was a game changer for Tammy Ampomah and her team at True North Title. Tammy sat down with us to share how SoftPro Hosted has increased the team's efficiency and improved their ability to serve their customers.

Before making the switch to SoftPro, the True North Title team struggled with a lack of cohesive technology in their title production software. Tammy laments that their old software didn't provide the technological advancements or helpful integrations that the team needed to be able to run efficiently. "We don't have to go to outside sources, outside websites, outside portals — everything is within one product," Tammy explains.

"There's an efficiency where I can have the best people state-wide working from home, and everyone knows what everyone is doing within that file," shares Tammy. She goes on to explain how tracking in SoftPro Hosted keeps the whole team updated and informed of what is happening with a SoftPro order. This functionality helps the team to stay on the same page and allows for seamless coverage if an employee is out sick. Tammy reflects on the improved experience for not just her team, but also their customers, stating "We're more efficient, we can get things out faster to the customer... so it's been great with customer service and support."

When asked if she would suggest SoftPro to other title professionals looking to switch title production software, Tammy says "[SoftPro's] been an incredible partner for years and years and years, so I would recommend them to anyone." She specifically highlights SoftPro's customer support and the way she has come to form solid relationships with members of the SoftPro team over the years. She also appreciates the way that SoftPro helps her and her team stay informed of what is happening in the title industry. "We don't have to go to outside portals, we don't have to save [orders] to our desktop... all of those items, they come right into our file. They're right there for the next user," Tammy explains. With one-time data entry in SoftPro 360, Tammy's team is able to reduce keystrokes and improve accuracy as all of the information from their orders is automatically passed back into their SoftPro file. "We absolutely love working with SoftPro 360."
